When you call for "doing something policy wise" I assume you are suggesting the creation of new government programs. I mean capping resource use as in the Kyoto protocol for example. I'm trying to figure out these housing stocks, what they really earn. From my preliminary look seems there are not surprisingly a lot of accounting tricks going on. As long as sales are rising, apparent profits can be made? What do you think about WLS? One of the housing stocks that hasn't begun to decline yet, yet is totally or mostly in the bubblezone.
