Evening Glenn

I was searching for messages about Northrup Grumman.

The reason being that SGI (formerly Silicon Graphics Inc.) is advertising for an IT engineer for the Jackson, Miss. sites of Northrup. And, I moderate a message board on SGI and companies associated with it.

Interestingly I ended up at your site because of a former VP of Northrup being on the board of Vector Vest in Calif.

SGI is always being speculated about as to whether or not they will be bought out and by whom. Northrup has been mentioned early in the speculations. In May 2005 Alix Partners was hired by SGI to advise and help the company with restructuring. For discussion on SGI go to either of the SGI sites.

Weshelen is doing a great job on this SGI site providing links to PR and info as it becomes available on SGI.

I truly do not know who if anybody will be buying SGI-------however, after reading about the Blank Check IPOs I can see how SGI could be a target of a Blank Check Acquisition. I am not saying they will-------just an observation.

I am not surprised that Blank Check IPO's are being done in relation to Home Land Security. Home Land Security is here to stay imo-------we have always been concerned about helping other companies be secure before 9/ll----now we understand that we must be concerned about Homeland Security right here at home.

Have bookmarked your site.
