MM,

Welcome back! ... that said, you amaze me with your fixation on "old" IAIC
versus "new" IAIC! You cannot get over the fact that IAIC has
transformed its business model from a contract programming services
company to a Y2K remediation and software conversion company via
its UNICAST product line. IAIC does NOT stand alone in this regard.
Other companies, seeing the broad demand for Y2K products and services,
reoriented their business models, too.

I guess the only thing that we (longs) versus you (shorts or whatever)
can do is to AGREE TO DISAGREE!

IAIC has come a long way in a short time. Its progress can be seen
through its:

1. Numerous systems integrator licensing alliances.
2. Recent attraction of several high level executives.
3. Ability to attract institutional equity.
4. Ability to obtain a NASDAQ listing.
5. Projection of substantial UNICAST revenues (many times its market
valuation).

IAIC's stock price/market cap is a fraction of other Y2K toolset companies
who are in a similar stage of development ie: ZITL, M/D, ALYD, etc.

You know that I am long ... you have yet to reveal to us whether you
have put your money where your mouth is!

Best regards.

Elliot

PS: No E-Mails were sent by me to SI or anyone else regarding your
recent behavior. Live long and prosper!
