There are large oil stocks and small oil stocks.

On large oil stocks, Kurt Wulff is great. Wulff's clients are large institutions, he concentrates on large stocks.

A computer reverse search of small stocks showed that:
1. High Alpha small oil stocks in exploration move up more than large oil stocks, 200% or higher. (Alpha is usually not calculated on individual stocks.)
2. There are a good number of small oil stocks in Northern Europe.

My brokers do not buy at Oslo exchange. NRT is an indirect way to buy small oil stocks on Oslo exchange.
