Bush and Arnold both have plummeted in popularity to near Nixon-Watergate levels. This sets the stage for a massive ousting of Bushie conservatives starting next year. It's going to be laughable to watch GOP congressmen next year trying to distance themselves from Bush-Cheney and DElay, all of whom they kowtowed to for years and rubber-stamped their huge war and pro-crony spending bills.
