Hi Dale! Ever notice how SYQT rallies the day BEFORE announcements and than drops on the news? Somebody's getting advance info... It's happened for both of the recent "OEM" announcements. I've retreated to a minimal SYQT position. Put my SYQT proceeds in Erectile Dysfunction Stock (VVUS) - Figure it's got better near term prospects than Management Dysfunction Stock (SYQT). Should see a nice rally before earnings again - maybe it'll actually hold above $3 this time. I don't think they're pushing the injunction, since they'd probably lose on that one because of the devastating effect on SYQT. The court can always award SYQT to IOM, if IOM ultimately prevails. Kind of reminds me of a Seinfeld episode about making a show where a guy who hits Jerry's car is sentenced to be his butler since he has no money... maybe the Ed Heads can take out IOM's garbage. BTW - still no functioning Syjet utilities, although upgrading Mark to Win 95 seems to have taken care of the 32 bit disk access problem. Syjet's running flawless otherwise - wish I could say the same for the company... Regards, Joe
