Ted, No, not flippers.......the real estate corporations are doing phenomenally well OK, them too, along with the real estate agents, title and escrow companies, mortgage brokers, lenders, appraisers, and everyone else cashing in on the real estate boom. Not all corporations are doing so well in this recovery, however. Just ask the airlines, for instance. That's because oil is over the top. Even Bush can't please all the corporations all the time. ted
