Patrick: Sorry it took so long for me to respond to your e-mail; I was doing the dishes, and (hard to believe!) was actually offline for hours. I did write you, around 15 or 20 minutes ago. The service I use, Hotmail, is down a good percentage of the time, for imaginary upgrades - I have written them, urging them to change their name to "Notmail". If something doesn't show up soon, please let me know.
