Hi!

Bear with me on this, I'm going to do a mini-core dump on you
because you raise some issues that I have been trying to
resolve in my mind. Okay?

Background:

(1) By some accounts, Dr. Endre Balaza is the most knowledgable
hyaluronan person around.

(2) He is 77.

(3) He and his wife, also at BIOX, own about 22% of the stock.
.22 * 11,300,000 = ALOT

(4) American Home Products owns 600,000 shares.

(5) I've been worried about when they will -- let loose.
They are lookin at $80 million right now.

Okay - we're almost there.

(6) I am guessing they won't sell until CHINA is resolved.
They got rights from the Chinese gov in April.

They can either do a license deal or attempt to sell-in
themselves ... they are doing England themselves.
(I think - BAD MOVE)

However - they STILL may not sell because ....

(7) BIOX is on target to get FDA approval for another product
in Dec. involving

(8) BIOX goes to Phase I for a anti-adhesion probably in the
4th quarter.

Questions:

(a) Is the anti-adhesion a billion dollar market?

(b) Can you get expediated review of this product?

(c) With this type of product, from Phase 1 to III is it
typically 2 years i.e. testing groups are easy to
establish?

(d) Who are the current players in this market?

(e) As best I understand, nothing outthere in this market
is a SHOWSTOPPER.
