The media continues to speculate on potential damage. Someone on Fox was just discussing the air and water pollution that will be released if the chemical plants (of which there are many in southern Louisiana) are severely damaged or destroyed. Also, the possibility of refuge camps for up to a million people being needed, for a period of months, was mentioned.

I still don't think that most people are aware of just how awful this is going to be and of the full extent of the ramifications.

BTW, the stories of some people in NO partying and carrying on is almost unbelievable. Many of them will be dead shortly..
