I chalked it up as one of the more interesting and stimulating experiences in my life.. :)

That's the way I felt about Camille. An interesting and stimulating experience to have under one's belt. But that's only when you're young and strong and lucky enough to survive to reflect on it. I'm more circumspect about them now.

Re this scenario, I saw a disaster movie (or maybe it was a book I read) not too long ago that starts with the loss of access to port there and the subsequent oil shortage. Wish I could remember the name of it.
