Ironically you say well just what are you smoking! Is there some magic spell that will protect you and your precious tech industry or any industry form such ruination happening? A crash could wipe out trillions and do the greatest harm to those you claim it would help. Ya let them start out life losing their homes then YOU protected my the magic of disreguard can come in a buy low.
I sure though if such came to pass your rents would reflect your tax advantage of holding some fifteen twenty years.
