Hi Julius, The knock on CXTI was that their contracts are huge, could they continue to get them? Were they "1 hit wonders?" As they have kept PR'ing new contracts, this criticism has been shown to be bogus. They seem to know how to use the municipal system and get through the red tape. You may know a lot more about this background or other readers may be able to comment. However, it has been explained to me that Chinese municipal awards are given in ways similar to how business was done here in the US about 30-50 years ago. That is, "greasing the right palms," got you at least in the door. Whatever the case, they seem to have the right people who know how to get the job done. PE is under 6 at this point and I'm sticking with it for at least a double from here.
