I agree with capt now (dangerous, I know). I think this company is just setting itself up to simply operate and not really care about pps or growth rates or profits , status quo should be there trading symbol (SQUO). They just want a paycheck and sweet bonuses each year and as long as they continue to get them there will be little change in the operation. IMO they should be sent packing. FIRE THEM ALL FOR LACK OF PERFORMANCE.

CH and the other VP's pay must be tied directly to pps if you want change. You can't give them options for non-performance. Tie their paycheck to pps and watch what happens.
