"Foreign nationals can own property in the US." Do they pay property taxes?? OK, you got me on the SS-number, something one must actually do some work for, or to employ some workers. Can one pay SS-taxes without an SS-number?? (we have to at least make some arrangmnets for labor-insurance) Plus those SS-taxes..
