The last Wolfowitz plan worked out well for BigOil but badly for his delusions of death to Opec and security for Israel. Wolfowitz is definitely rising to the level of his incompetence.

I heard that the Neocons were outta power in favor of OilyFascists who care nothing about democracy, freedom, religion or anything else except for MONEY. The Worldbank thing was supposed to be a demotion for Wolfowitz.

Dunno.
