That's the stupid thing, Hispanics aren't unified on the issue. Almost half of Arizona Hispanics voted in favor of their Prop 200. The only constituency unified behind Bush's policy is big business.

The republican strategists read demographics, too, and think the future of the party is with the Hispanics.
