Hopefully the hard questions get asked going forward once the Katrina story subsides: Are these higher water temperatures permanent? Are we now in a period of constant life threatening hurricanes in the southeast during August and September? What is the government going to do about it? Is there now going to be a shift in population growth patterns as people now might believe last year was not a fluke?
