Paul, I like the Jan 45s at 1 1/4. I think this is a good time to start a 1/3 position. Dell reports on Tuesday and though I think they took enough market share from Apple and Hewlett to make this quarter with their new SDRAM and Pro products, there is some chance that the downturn has already started. I would want to own a third of the pc stocks before these numbers come out. Right now, I think CPQ is more overpriced than Gate, though they are much better spin doctors than the guys with cows on their crates. -G- MB
