The wreckage is bad but the flooding -- catastrophic isn't a big enough word for it.

I just don't know how they're going to get the water out of there until they fix the levee, which is underwater. Lots of sandbags, I guess.

I fear epidemics of cholera, malaria, diseases we haven't seen in generations.
