Silly.

What 'weapon of mass destruction'?????????

'Ore' ain't a 'weapon'.

See your OWN LINK:

"In 1992, after the first Gulf War, all highly enriched uranium — which could be used to make nuclear weapons — was shipped from Iraq to Russia, the IAEA's Zlauvinen said. After 1992, roughly 2 tons of natural uranium, or yellow cake, some low enriched uranium and some depleted uranium was left at Tuwaitha under IAEA seal and control, he said."

And, old Soviet model 'fighter jets buried in the sand', while technically weapons still... are not likely to be meet the generally accepted classification for 'weapons of mass destruction', nor are they even likely to remain flyable for long. (Most of Saddam's top-line jets were flown to Iran for 'safe keeping' prior to Desert Storm and NEVER RETURNED. :)
