From what I understand the privateplacement will be done with a network of individual investors that Lilly and Whale work with. The shares in the placement will be restricted for at least 1 year. I like that the placement is being done with individual investors rather than one group or entity. Lilly is the one that did some initial funding for Viragen (NASDAQ: VRGN) when they were on bulletin board. Lilly has also mentioned a meeting with Viragen for a potential joint venture. The company is being very cautious, maybe between you and I Bob we can get the word about this undiscovered gem out there. I posted on the other boards you suggested.
