Re: rethink the soupbowl metropolis. Good points...I don't know, I don't know. There are ways to prepare for this kind of thing--better levees, more money, better pumping stations, better preparation, better everything. However, they cost money, lots of money. It can be done. The political angles would be hard--why should NO get money for hurricane related issues while Miami doesn't? It's just life, MD, just life. S*** happens evey now and then.
