Unlike YOU, Scalia is an AMERICAN.

He works as an AMERICAN judge for the AMERCAN people (who's blood you happily suck.)

And nobody, including Scalia himself, gives a good goddam WHAT an American judge thinks of a foreign court as long as they don't USE that opinion to fuck up American law.
