Shuffle Master, Inc. Announces Distribution Agreement with Casino Solutions, S.A.C.

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 2005--Shuffle Master, Inc. (NASDAQ: SHFL) announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Casino Solutions S.A.C., a corporation with offices in Lima, Peru and Buenos Aires, Argentina. Under the terms of the agreement, Casino Solutions will be Shuffle Master's exclusive distributor throughout South America and will be responsible for promoting, marketing, distributing and servicing all Shuffle Master products within the region.
