I agree. I would be getting my hands on as much bottled water as I could would be my biggest priority if I was stuck in one of those flooded areas. And I would not hesitate to take it from a grocery store that was sitting there flooded.

This is assuming I can't just leave which I think is the reality for many of those stuck there at this point.
