Well, IMHO we have replaced people helping people with everyone relying on the Govt. To make matters worse sometimes you can get in trouble for helping people. My wife is a nurse and unless she knows the person personally she is very hesitant to help a person needing some medical assistance. I have been in situations where I provided emergency medical care relying on my USMC first aid training of many years ago, while my wife sat in the car refusing to help for fear of being sued. jdn
