Jab it with enough ice picks and hope it sinks. However, the only sinking sounds I hear are gags from DVD owners/investors.

Certainly, Sony and others left in the lurch will be coming out with other Divx-like versions. Sony probably will go right to the mini-disk size now that the first standards have been sucked under by the Divx tidal wave.
