New Orleans is a disaster. Those who have survived are scared and miserable. No National Guards to help out. They are all in Iraq. Along with the regular US soldiers, together leading a miserable life, shooting and getting shot at For the Iraqis, life is miserable -- so many have died, so many injured, and the infrastructure is in total shambles. In short, life is miserable for everyone -- New Orleans residents, National Guards, our soldiers in Iraq, Iraqi people... Everyone except Emperor Dumbya that is -- he is on vacation.
