Note that Globalstar phone service continued as though there was nothing going on. People who want to be able to communicate when things go wrong, as they always do [go wrong, sometime or other], should have a Globalstar phone.

It's cheap enough to use a lot of the time anyway, so having one on hand for when it's really needed is a good idea. It's too late to get one when the chips are down.
