We can't even get approval to drill for oil off the coast Look at it this way. If we didn't subsidize people living on dangerous coasts, there would be fewer people to complain about drilling does to their ocean views. <g> It makes no sense to support people who choose to live below sea level, in flood plains, on the beach, etc.
