Truce

Horseshoes and grenades count close, but no cigar. The combatants fought to a draw, neither bloodied. The military industrial complex disbanded and they beat their horseshoes into stories. They chose not to beat on grenades, which were sold to a complaint department with a small sign: "Take a Number."
