Yes, it is totally unbelievable and things seem to be getting more terrible than better. The whole city of NO will have to be evacuated and they are attempting to make plans for that soon. It is like the whole city is a diaster area and they are looking for live people and not picking up the dead. It is their desire to save all that are still alive and do the clean up of the bodies later. That just has to be so tramatic for all. The looting is becoming the norm, but most of the looters are just looking for food and water. What we take for granted is now a matter of their survival. It may be years for the effects of this to be overcome but we Americans seem to rise up our spirits and get to work to try to get back to what we once thought was normal living. We in Texas feel blessed as we have not had that kind of destruction for a number of years now and with the hurricane season with two months to go it is on all of our minds that we could be in the same situation before it ends. Life is so ungauranteed in this world.
