Hi,Tim. I have watched the PYT trades for years. If you know who trades with which firm, you can probably guess the family of some of the sellers. Wolverton is one I watch like a hawk. I doubt that you will see any insider sales recorded for Michael Jacobs. Now his wife or brothers???????????????? I really don't care about the sales except that they may reflect insiders' perception of the value of the company. Certainly insiders and those connected to them do sell for a variety of reasons, not all of which indicate problems. However, do watch Wolverton sales. Best regards to all. Ed
