Lets see, you say Katrina is worse than 911 (surely, but) because it will take " years to repair all those lives." LOL...as if the lives involved in 911 are all neatly repaired all these 4 years later. Think again, profound one.

I suppose if I didn't see a need to defend America by going to Iraq, I'd worry as you do...but I'd also see one grand effort for what it will be. Frankly too though, It's not so certain that our "best...re-builders" are in Iraq. I highly suspect there are PLENTY around this side of the ocean still. Perhaps you refer to Haliburton, in which case you are probably right...they virtually HAD to be hired in Iraq, as the only ones capable of certain things (very good at what they do, no doubt, yes, perhaps the best indeed).
