They don't have a plan. They don't have a fricking plan. Nor a fricking clue. Not even the freaking Army Corps of Engineers. Never crossed their tiny minds that they'd have to deal with this some day. Just a fantasy in the minds of the pointy-headed intellectuals at LSU Baton Rouge and a few others. Let the good times roll, build more casinos, bread and circuses. And if it goes bad, well, "shit happens." That's the Third World mantra.
