Water flowing through will just keep making the hole bigger. If that isn't a story I don't know what is. The dike will be keep being destroyed until the water level equalizes. They keep talking about pumping the city dry in 3 weeks and they haven't yet stopped water from coming in. We may still be talking about all of this 6 months from now.
