No, we aren't. We have huge populations of Asians from all over Asia, Russians from many provinces, Indians from India, large groups of Africans (several of whom cared for me while I was in rehab for several weeks last year after the knee replacement), Mexicans who mostly have settled in the Eastern part of the state as it's warmer there....etc.

Don't forget, Tech here has been instrumental in attracting smart people from all over the world, no matter their color.

It is different here than it was in the NE part of the US where we lived during early married years. I called it "clumpy"....large groups staying with their friends and relatives in large clumps.
