I read the IBD article with interest. In the long term, it seems to
me that there will be a shift to soft X-rays and/or electron beam
manufacturing. However, isn't it unlikely that this will happen for
a while? DUV lithography, as I understand it, is basically an
extension of existing visible light lithography. X-ray and e-beam,
however, require substancially different (and as-yet unavailable)
supporting technologies, don't they?

Or should we pause in our purchase of CYMI and begin to look at
JMAR (soft x-rays) and/or MICN (e-beam) instead??

Thanks,

John
