Re FCEL, BC....As you note, breaks now out of the 200d MA (50d, too) as well as trend line through Nov and Mar highs. IMHO Will face quite a bit of R between 12 and 15 (congestion early 2004), but would think it should reach, in this move, the 13ish area of the Oct/Nov high.

FCEL also shows a triangular pattern over the past year.....Only trouble is that it looks like a descending - presumably bearish - triangle...I guess the books tell us these triangles CAN sometimes be bullish.....but this is supposed to be unusual...g If it's to be viewed as a bullish - triangle - breakout, eyeball measure would extend to about 17ish..into the May 2004 area.....

You asked how I'm "reading"..As I think foregoing makes clear.....not trying any EW read......just a TA look......vbg..........& Cheers....(on second thought, not a good day for cheer......still kinda stunned at the destruction in my old Southern stomping grounds....)
