Carolyn, Help can only come from those that are trained to handle such disasters. The do gooders will get in the way. If one wants to contribute money, that can be done from your easy chair. Those ordinary people that want to roll up their sleeves and go to NO will just hamper the efforts of those that know what they are doing.
