Joe, they (ppt) opened the reserve spigots, then they leaned on the EPA to expand the fuel waivers to nationwide, and blammo, we are green green green. This is a mega story, as they have always kept the screws on this bs... It seems I was the only one to see and switch from short to long indexes when I saw that news, is it so? I am however taking my fast $gains and leaving with zero index positions.
