Wow. I never believed so I never got it but I did this in New York City prior to retirement. Then when I got to Florida I went to the workshop ON INTEGRITY... The premise. If one didn't have integrity one was a sleezebag..... This is where I met my FIRST con man who took a hundred and twenty five thousand from me. This HONEST gentleman who was also at the time head of the ETHICS committee of the Sarasota Board of Realtors......... Who could NOT BELIEVE HIM... Anyway like churches ... there are scumbags everyplace but in the most unsuspecting places as Arthur for one chairperson-ed one of the meetings and I as a volunteer visited his beautiful rented home ( learned later he owed back rent of over eleven thousand dollars ) in his Corvette... leased.. and his Brooks suits.. AGGGGGGGGGH. I cannot go on. It was a terrible time and I was too trusting.... and gullible...
