Next thing, Yellow Jack/malaria.

You need somebody who has it in order to spread it. So the officials I've heard aren't really worrying so much about yellow fever or cholera, because they don't think the initial cases are there. I haven't heard them discuss malaria, which I would think would be more of a worry. Mainly they discuss e coli and other diseases of drinking bad water.
