The war is far from over. Why in the world would you even say that? The tide is only beginning to turn against the war. We will spend another $50 billion and may lose another 1000 soldiers before we're outta there and then we'll be fighting about permanent bases....not to mention what else can happen elsewhere in the world between now and then.
