He makes a cogent argument. Deflation depends somewhat on how the FED reacts when the economy starts to slow down. There is tons of speculation today on whether this is the "straw that breaks the camels back" of an already fragile economy. I review some here:

I also like his discussion of the dollar (rally over) and energy (probably near the top). If we do slide into recession, I think oil prices will drop significantly.
