58% of Americans disapprove of Bush so even the most rapid Bushie loyalist can no longer remotely claim that Bush = America. Therefore if you're anti-Bush you're now pro-ameican, not anti-America.

Bush is now the least popular president since Nixon during the Watergate scandal which forced him out of office.

In fact, Bush and his policies are so unpopular that he no longer scores 50% on a single issue, and that with about 35% of the country blindly loyal to Bush and either very gullible or uneducated. In fact, take away Texas-Oklahoma (which love high gas prices) and he's probably at about 27% approvals and 65% disapproval. Which makes him primed for impeachment without any congressman risking his job to vote him out.
