Did you see Peggy Noonan's latest? What do you think of her proposal that because of the situation that we just leave all the bases everywhere just as is for the time being? And re: Martial Law.....Guess I must be getting old or something. I thought that Martial Law meant one had to be in and off the streets at 8PM, and obviously no looting, or just get shot on sight. What is Nagin's type of Martial Law...? Does he just mean....OK, I'm just saying this as a joke. You boys and girls behave "yourself...you hear?"
