Hi guys,

I presently have a very small position in AXP. What convinced me to buy some shares last December was the future acceptance by the FDA of a new medecine (Ursidiol if my memory is good) aimed at curing a rare liver disease. Ursidiol would be what they call an orphan drug, which means that it would be protected against duplication for a longer time than other drugs. The market is not very big (a few hundred millions worldwhile I think) for a drug like this one, but for a small company like AXP it could be extremely profitable. As far as I know, we are still waiting for FDA approval, even though a commitee has strongly recommanded Ursidiol to this instance late last year.

Best regards,

Marc
