You're upset that the Sri Lankan government hasn't sent their "condolences" to the US government over the devastation caused by the New Orleans hurricane?

1- For all we know, maybe their ambassador has sent such condolences to his contact at the US State Department. It's not news, so we don't know about it.

2- Are you serious?

The U.S. gives money to countries in need all the time, yet never are we thanked.

Yes we are. Every country that received US assistance following the Xmas tsunami gave lots of thanks for it.

Sri Lanka and Indonesia can barely feed and educate their own people. They really are in no position to do much of anything in New Orleans. If you want to get upset with someone, find out who built New Orleans 6 feet below sea level. Oops, that us....
